Job details

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP Timesheet follow up on a weekly basis & daily during the closing period until the supervisors approved the timesheet.
  2. Generating E-invoicing in Cleartax as per project team’s request.
  3. Accounts Receivable invoicing & cash receipt monitoring.
  4. Employee expense report supporting documentation completeness checking.
  5. Provide administrative support for financial operations as needed.
  6. Assisting on VAT return preparation.
  7. Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the line manager.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
