Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community Association Manager in Manama. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of community associations, including managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, enforcing association rules, and interacting with residents. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills. Qualifications
- Property Management, Community Development, and HOA Management skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to community associations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
