The company seeks an experienced leader for its Catering Division in Southern Governorate, Bahrain. This full-time on-site role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, quality service delivery, business strategy development, and client relationship maintenance.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic oversight of contract catering industry operations.
- Leadership of senior staff and daily operations.
- Tendering for catering contracts and sales experience.
- Development of kitchen designs and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Experience in wholesale/retail sales of food and non-food products and food safety regulations.
- Strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting skills.
