A Service Desk Manager combines tech support know-how with problem-solving and customer service skills. In this fun and fast-paced role, you'll learn and contribute immediately, starting with one client and progressing to multi-tasking and providing interactive solutions via chat, email, or MS Teams while delivering concierge-level care. You will also collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations, working alongside senior colleagues who will share their knowledge. This role offers opportunities to grow your experience and skills, with avenues to find mentors and gain expertise in Microsoft 365 and other platforms, earning certifications like Google Cloud and Azure.
