Senior Project Manager - PeopleSoft - ADM

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Project Stakeholder Management Planview PPM and Psft - Program Management. Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is a plus . This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and project goals are clearly defined.
• Oversee the execution of project plans ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Utilize Planview PPM to track project performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure that financial resources are allocated appropriately.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share lessons learned.
• Support the development of project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Possess strong expertise in Project Stakeholder Management ensuring effective communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Planview PPM for project tracking and performance analysis.
• Have extensive experience in Psft
• Program Management managing complex projects with multiple components.
• Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is a plus providing valuable insights and industry knowledge.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Showcase strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey project updates and requirements.
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving identifying and addressing issues before they escalate.
• Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
