Job Summary To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR/business function and assist businesses with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters. Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business-focused HR programs to improve business and people performance.
  2. Manage and be accountable for the business's involvement in the annual talent management cycle.
  3. Work with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality objectives are set and individual performance is managed to these objectives culminating in a successful talent review cycle.
  4. Review employee and organizational structures, applying organizational design principles to ensure the structure of the organization is optimized for performance.
  5. Support ongoing learning, succession planning, and development planning for your client group.
  6. Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issues are identified and addressed.
  7. Play a critical role in addressing major people issues that impact business performance.
  8. Ensure that adequate HR procedural controls are in place.
  9. Direct and co-ordinate all activities of the HR team, leading, coaching, and developing direct reports and junior HR staff.
  10. Provide immediate solutions and/or advice to employee issues and challenges.
  11. Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement within the designated client group.
  12. Work in close cooperation with other relevant stakeholders including business administrators and HRBPs to achieve the best possible results for the business.
Candidate Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience:
  • 6-10 Years relevant to HR
Skills:
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Able to communicate with others;
  • Familiarity with multi-business functions;
  • Ability to solve problems;
  • Strong public speaking and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of and experience in HR policies, practices, and procedures.
