We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Sales Executive to drive sales of commercial and passenger vehicles to corporate clients, government agencies, and fleet operators. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, a solid understanding of the automotive industry, and a proven track record in fleet sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fleet sales segment.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, government institutions, and other fleet buyers.
Develop and present tailored fleet solutions based on client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals successfully.
Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, after-sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and after-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in fleet or B2B automotive sales.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of fleet leasing, financing, and after-sales service solutions.
Valid driving license.
