JOB TITLE Operations Executive | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Asset Management ROLE SUMMARY The position is mainly responsible to effectively administer the day-to-day operations of the Centre in terms of Centre Presentation, Security, Safety, Cleaning, Engineering, Facilities, and Ambience and ensure that all are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements. ROLE PROFILE

Conduct regular inspections of the property, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and security, while identifying health risks for management.
Prepare and manage Capex and operating budgets, ensuring effective cash flow and timeline adherence.
Execute audits related to facility management, fire safety, and security, implementing recommendations within specified timelines.
Oversee traffic management systems, including coordination and maintenance, providing weekly summaries to mall management.
Identify and propose unutilized areas within the mall for potential revenue generation, while enforcing tenant compliance with regulations.
Address tenant issues and customer complaints promptly, and enhance the capabilities of third-party vendors through regular performance reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
Minimum 4 - 6 years of work experience in managing Mall Operations, maintenance, Safety & Security, and Facilities management preferably in a reputed large shopping malls or Real Estate company in GCC or abroad in a similar role.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership skills.
Is a team player, well-tempered, capable of working under pressure and following instructions to detail.
