Job details

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded. Reconcile accounts and make necessary adjustments.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget variances and report discrepancies.
  3. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee processing of invoices and payments. Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
  5. Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns. Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
  6. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights. Support management in financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. CPA certification is a plus.
  3. Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  5. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
