Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Residential Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential properties. You will provide expert advice, market insights, and exceptional customer service to help clients make informed decisions while achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Provide tailored advice and guidance to clients on residential property options. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
Property Sales and Rentals: Facilitate the sale, purchase, or rental of residential properties, including apartments, houses, and villas. Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients. Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and inspections.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences. Provide clients with detailed market analysis, including property comparisons and price evaluations.
Documentation and Compliance: Assist clients with paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation. Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to finalize transactions.
Marketing and Networking: Develop marketing strategies to promote residential properties through online and offline channels. Collaborate with photographers and designers to create appealing property listings. Network with industry professionals, including brokers, developers, and contractors, to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Residential Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
A valid real estate license or certification (as required by local/state regulations).
Strong knowledge of residential real estate markets, trends, and property laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Conditions: Flexible work schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet client needs. Frequent travel to property sites and client meetings.
