MixJet , based in the UAE, is seeking a dedicated Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel, ensuring efficient and seamless arrangements for accommodations, transportation, and related services. Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Manage travel bookings: Oversee and coordinate all booking and travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with internal company policy and client preferences.
  2. Build vendor relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hotels and other travel providers, negotiating optimal rates and service agreements.
  3. Travel itineraries: Develop, coordinate, and optimize travel plans.
  4. Communicate effectively: Maintain clear and consistent communication with travelers, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on travel plans and policies.
  5. Ensure service quality: Monitor and assess service quality to ensure high standards are maintained and provide exceptional ongoing support even after services are completed.
  6. Manage financial aspects: Maintain accurate records and collaborate with Accounting and Finance.
  7. Maintain accurate data: Ensure precise data entry and organization of booking records as required.
  8. Work environment: Primarily onsite with occasional remote work as required by business needs.
  9. Shift requirements: Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts.
Education & Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Booking/Ticketing.
  3. Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  4. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Understanding of the travel industry.
  2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
