We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Manage project budgets and resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes.
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
