Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Diploma in Midwifery, or Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver Certificate
- Hands-on experience in newborn and childcare
- Strong understanding of child development and care techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and establishing healthy sleep routines
- Support cognitive and motor development through interactive activities
- Prepare meals, encourage play, promote physical activity, and assist with potty training
- Provide daily updates to parents and offer guidance on childcare best practices
- Maintain a clean and safe environment , including sanitizing baby essentials and organizing play areas
- Ensure child safety and be trained in basic life support/first aid to handle emergencies
