Mortgage Advisor

• Conducting thorough and accurate maternal and fetal screenings and assessments, including ultrasounds, amniocentesis, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Providing excellent prenatal care to expectant mothers with high-risk pregnancies, including monitoring their health and the health of their babies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans for pregnant women, taking into consideration any underlying conditions or complications.
• Educating and counseling expectant mothers and their families on pregnancy, fetal development, and potential risk factors.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of maternal and fetal medicine, and implementing new techniques and protocols as needed.
• Participating in conferences, workshops, and other educational events to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and the wider community.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records for patients, ensuring that all information is confidential and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of prenatal care, fetal development, and related medical conditions.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to use specialized equipment and tools for maternal and fetal screenings.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively educate and counsel patients and their families.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a high patient load.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all regulatory guidelines and standards.
