Lift Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities: Leading a team of lift technicians and specialists, you will manage the general lift matters of the Town Council such as ensuring the smooth operations of the lifts, planning for upgrading, general repair and maintenance of the lifts, and managing queries related to the lift. You will be responsible for coordinating the schedule for lift specialists to attend breakdowns, troubleshoot equipment faults, and carry out preventive/corrective actions, as well as perform inspection and testing of lifts. You will present the findings relating to breakdowns and maintenance of the lift to clients. You will supervise contractors whenever necessary to carry out upgrading or improvement works. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your manager. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent. At least 1 year relevant experience in the engineering industry. Good communication, people-oriented with good interpersonal skills. Good organizational, reporting, and supervisory skills are essential. Ability to work independently. Open to a 5.25-day (alternate Saturday off) workweek.
