Barista

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, and Americanos in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area , ensuring health and safety standards are met.
• Customer service : Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering product recommendations.
• Stock management : Assist in the inventory and restocking of supplies, ensuring the coffee bar is well-equipped.
• Maintain equipment : Regularly clean and maintain espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment.
• Support senior baristas and management with daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures : Including setting up and closing down the coffee bar.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Previous experience as a barista atleast 2 years
• A passion for coffee and learning about coffee-making techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
