Company Description McKleenz is a leading provider of professional soft and hard FM services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including cleaning, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, annual maintenance, pest control, sanitizing, and painting. Additionally, we are the UAE's first and foremost M-commerce platform for residential on-demand services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at McKleenz in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a positive customer experience. Qualifications
- Building / Facilities MEP and General Maintenance experience.
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Experience in the FM industry, Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of residential on-demand services
- Strong problem-solving skills
