Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Math to Middle/High School students, following the school's curriculum and educational standards.
- Develop and implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire a love for science and foster critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide support to all MS Math classes as needed, ensuring continuity in the delivery of curriculum content.
- Differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate openly with parents regarding student progress.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math with an Educational Diploma OR Bachelor's in Education or a related field.
- A certified professional teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent specializing in Mathematics.
- Proven experience teaching Math at the middle/high school level with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on Math education.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. IELTS 6.5 or above.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
