We are looking for a Senior Specialist for trade compliance and transportation to optimize logistics and ensure adherence to global and local trade regulations. The ideal candidate would be a driven professional passionate about managing risks, developing compliance processes, and collaborating with teams and partners to achieve operational excellence and compliance. What you will do Identify and manage risks in transportation and trade compliance operations, including safety, security, and environmental risks, by conducting internal audits and ensuring adherence to trade compliance standards. Develop and monitor performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global Procurement to coordinate transportation and trade compliance activities, while managing relationships with carriers, 3PLs, and other providers to ensure high-quality and reliable service. Manage and optimize transportation operations across the APAC region, including both inbound and outbound shipments, with a strong focus on carrier service level management and logistics between Singapore and the Philippines. What you bring Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade Law, Customs Compliance, or related fields. 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in trade compliance and transportation. Experience developing and implementing trade compliance programs in line with global standards and local regulations. Ability to work independently and manage internal and external stakeholders. A CES (Certified Export Specialist) and/or ITCP (International Trade Compliance Specialist) would be an added advantage.
