Location: Dubai, UAE Reporting to: Marketing Manager Department: Consulting & Marketing Job Overview: The Digital Marketing Consultant plays a pivotal role in advising Biz Easy and its clients on high-impact digital marketing strategies that contribute to business growth. This role involves sales-oriented digital consulting , strategic Google Ads management , website optimization , and client relationship management to drive revenue. Responsibilities and Duties: Strategic Digital Marketing & Website Optimization

  1. Develop customized sales-focused digital marketing strategies for Biz Easy and clients.
  2. Oversee website performance, ensuring high-speed optimization, user engagement, and lead conversion.
  3. Guide businesses on website improvement strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
Sales & Business Development Through Digital Marketing
  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital marketing initiatives.
  2. Engage with potential clients, pitch digital marketing solutions, and close sales.
  3. Develop sales-driven lead generation and digital marketing strategies to help clients grow their revenue.
  4. Work with the business development team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.
Google Ads & Performance Marketing
  1. Lead budgets of Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
  2. Continuously optimize PPC strategies for higher sales and ROI.
Client Relationship Management & Consulting
  1. Act as a primary consultant for clients, offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
  2. Maintain strong communication and engagement with clients to understand their sales goals.
  3. Provide consultation on digital marketing investments that maximize sales and brand growth.
Content Strategy & Blog Consulting
  1. Guide clients on high-quality content marketing strategies that drive traffic and leads.
  2. Develop blog content plans and SEO-driven article topics that align with sales objectives.
Analytics & Performance Insights
  1. Evaluate marketing performance metrics, focusing on sales growth and digital ROI.
  2. Provide actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Training & Digital Marketing Workshops
  1. Conduct workshops on sales-driven digital marketing strategies for clients and internal teams.
  2. Provide in-depth training on Google Ads, lead generation, and sales conversion optimization.
Ad-hoc Task Management
  1. Take on additional consulting and revenue-focused projects as required by management.
Requirements Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, sales, and consulting.
  3. Proven expertise in Google Ads, website performance optimization, and sales-focused marketing.
  4. Strong sales communication and business development skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
  6. Ability to convert marketing insights into revenue-generating strategies.
