As a production analyst you will be in charge of ensuring the correct estimation and control of production on the farm at data level, managing production information, costs and budget. Your role highlights – your responsibilites

  • You will perform production estimates based on forecasting methodology.
  • You will adjust production estimates daily in collaboration with the administrator and sector heads.
  • You will control production parameter information and reconcile it with daily production.
Cost & Budget Management
  • You will analyze production costs with the operations manager.
  • You will prepare and submit the annual budget for purchasing materials and production supplies.
  • You will update material consumption and review balances for inventory control.
Coordination & Communication
  • You will coordinate with accounting and production areas for budget presentation and follow-up.
  • You will coordinate preventive and corrective action plans with the operations manager and field managers.
  • You will collaborate with production and quality teams to implement process improvements.
Analysis & Reporting
  • You will prepare reports on productivity, task progress, and cost compliance.
  • You will monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will develop and maintain production reports and metrics.
Compliance & Audits
  • You will conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with accounting standards and data records.

  • Higher education in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Food Sciences, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
  • You are a native Spanish speaker and have a high level of English.
  • You have experience with certifications and agricultural and quality management systems , preferably in the food industry.
  • Analytical skills, ability to interpret data and generate reports .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
