Job Title: Solidity Developer Location: Remote (Flexible Hours), Preferred Between UTC+3 and UTC+10 time zones. Level: Junior to Mid Level Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Solidity Developer to join our innovative team. This full-time, remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to work with modern blockchain technologies in the fintech space on a variety of projects across different industries. Qualifications:
- Proficient in Solidity with experience in Ethereum smart contracts.
- Knowledgeable in OpenZeppelin security standards and library usage.
- Understands the nuances between coding for Ethereum and other EVM-compatible chains.
- Familiar with different approaches to upgradable smart contracts.
- Capable of designing, implementing, and deploying smart contracts that meet rigorous audit requirements.
- Skilled in writing highly readable, optimized, and secure code, supported by a comprehensive test suite.
- Experience: +1 year
- Familiar with Solidity language, and preferably have some understanding of Rust.
- Familiarity with off-chain storage solutions and integrations (IPFS, The Graph).
- Understanding of Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum).
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Prior experience in a fintech environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Base, or Solana.
- Collaborate with the development team to create and implement decentralized applications (DApps).
- Write high-quality, secure, and sustainable code for blockchain applications.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Maintain and optimize existing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to define and achieve project goals.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and cryptographic methods.
- Contribute to the architecture and design decisions for blockchain systems.
