Head of Product Management

We've partnered with one of the fastest growing betting/gaming companies in the world who are opening up a brand new office here in Dubai and are in process of building a brand new Product function from the ground up. In short, they're looking to build a team of Senior PM's to help them as they continue their huge digital transformation (being led by an incredible CTO). More specifically, they'd like to start by hiring a Head of Product to take full ownership of their product roadmap (and the new product team) as they begin to expand into new regions throughout 2025 and beyond. This role would be great for people who seriously care about making an impact with a tech-first organisation and for people who are excited about solving deeply challenging technical problems.

Here's what you'll ideally have:

• Prior Product experience working within an iGaming/Gambling/Betting business.
• A technical background (whether it's a former position as an engineer or a CompSci degree).
• Strong stakeholder management experience and an ability to translate tech talk for people who have no idea what any of the terminologies mean.
• Leadership experience (ideally you'd have managed teams of 5-10 before).

• 40k-50k AED P/M (10k-12k Euros per month tax free) plus benefits.
• A relocation budget provided for candidates who are currently outside of Dubai.
• A remote-first position (1-2 days per week in the office).
