We're currently searching for an experienced business analyst in Commerce Discipline to help guide our organization into the future. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Understand the commercial business functions being supported like Sales Order Management, Procurement, Expedition, and Logistics, with the main focus on Sales and Order Management.
- Work closely with the Commerce department to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.
- Create and maintain training resources for all commerce business procedures and deliver training to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot/analyze issues within the commerce domain and work closely with the IT team.
- Assist business users during post-go-live phases and ensure the transition to operations teams.
- Report bugs, create RFCs, and produce technical documents.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Tests.
- Be an active contributing member of the Business Improvement Team to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
- Develop and create process flows as per business needs.
- Monitor running processes in the application environment.
- Availability of the application environment and application itself during office hours (100% uptime).
- Finding the cause of bugs and taking appropriate actions to prevent them.
- Documentation of the processes.
- Improvement of internal processes in the commerce domain.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in any ERP with Commerce/Sales/Order Management domain. Extensive experience in setting presales activities, order management, point-of-sale process, sales process, procurement (P2P), pricing, loyalty, discounts, and offers.
- Knowledge of CPG industry Distribution Management System, which is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Product Management, Planning, Estimation, etc.
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Experience in implementation and support of various applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, PIM, Supply Chain, and financial systems.
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach.
- Project management experience will be an added advantage.
