Overview Of Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented product content management assistant to join our team. As a Content Management Assistant, you will be responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate product information on our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of fashion content and home furniture content, as well as the ability to effectively tag attributes to each product, optimize product titles and descriptions, enhance product content, and generate reports. Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to convey product information in a compelling and concise manner
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and online marketplaces
- Proficiency in tagging attributes to products for accurate categorization and filtering
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in proofreading and editing content for grammar, punctuation, and style
- Strong research skills to gather relevant product information and industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to generate reports, analyse data, and manipulate spreadsheets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
