Business Development/ Alliance Manager (Emerging Markets EMEA/ APAC)

This role will be responsible for creating and sustaining an ecosystem of internal stakeholders responsible for implementing commercial and trade strategies, compliant to prevailing policy and legislation, through partner intermediaries (distributors, wholesalers, and contract sales organizations), to deliver revenue to the organization in a systematic, efficient and effective manner. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a history of leading and delivering related International Business Development and Alliance Management is essential. S/he needs to be a challenger who can see opportunities and inspire the team to be more efficient and customer-centric, but also be an operator who can navigate the organization efficiently and work through any roadblocks that may arise. Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with Business Development and Alliance Management;
- Very good knowledge of M&A, Licensing, Co-development, Co-marketing, Joint Ventures, etc.;
- Good standing with local and international licensing and regulatory authorities and certifying bodies;
- Fluent English is mandatory;
- Advanced Spanish is desired.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including a good command of the English language;
- Representative, outgoing and client-focused;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company;
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
