Job details
Lead with countries on developing a pricing strategy that meets our objectives by country. Lead with countries on identifying our target competitors, collecting retail audits, setting the pricing matrix, and supporting the testing and analyzing results. Perform regular maintenance for the pricing strategies of the countries and resolve items with margin erosion and items that jeopardize our price perception. Lead discussions with pricing providers to enhance results and data accuracy. Evaluate compliance with the pricing strategy by country based on pricing tools and guidelines. Collaborate with country teams on implementing the promotional trade plans and identifying regional events. Work with marketing teams on communication channels for campaigns to reach existing and new customers. Assist country teams in assessing the performance & ROI of each campaign and support them in making informed decisions. Set proper targets for promotional contribution by country depending on market dynamics and company objectives. Coordinate with marketing teams on developing new marketing tools that help us acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Lead with country teams on conducting delivery fee experiments and testing to optimize financials and drive affordability. Qualifications : You have at least 5 years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories, matured by working for large retailers (FMCG) in an international setting. You have built teams and led cross-functional projects at scale. You are very detail-oriented, structured, and know how to prioritize; you consider yourself someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved. You are willing to do anything necessary for the project to succeed, including working on the warehouse floor when short-staffed to ensure customer deliveries or to take customer calls. No job is too insignificant and no detail is too small for you. You can interact with senior-level executives and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders. You are energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. You possess excellent analytical and communication skills and prefer to be hands-on with several tools. You have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills and can inspire several teams and stakeholders to rally behind a mission.
