Who we are : Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Architect to join our team and play a critical role in delivering outstanding architectural solutions. Job Scope : As a Senior Technical Architect, you will lead architectural design teams, collaborate with engineering professionals, and drive innovative and functional project outcomes. This role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to manage projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand and translate project requirements into innovative designs.
- Lead multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to architects, designers, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Review subcontractor plans to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Develop detailed architectural packages across all project stages, with a focus on technical details.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into designs.
- Mentor and develop junior architects, fostering professional growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Licensed / Registered Architect.
- 15+ years of experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in managing projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural planning, design processes, construction documentation, and code requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
