Hiring Junior Project Manager for one of the leading IT Service and Consulting companies in UAE. Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Non-Technical) Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 12,000 - 14,000 per month + Law Benefits Key Responsibilities:

Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
Documentation: Maintain and organize project documents, reports, and meeting minutes to ensure seamless record-keeping.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Task Management: Support the assignment and tracking of project tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and assist in mitigation planning.
Reporting: Prepare project status updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Assist in refining project workflows and identifying areas for efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Industry: Non-technical project management experience preferred.
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
