We are currently hiring a dynamic Business Growth Advisor to join our team in B2B sales department, who will be responsible for managing and following up on sales renewal inquiries from different sources such as phone calls, emails, chats and walk-in clients. Key Accountabilities:
- Follow up and update client status on CRM (ZOHO) while educating them on various aspects of renewals and MFZ rules as per set standards or better.
- Achieve monthly renewal KPI targets, maintain high conversion rates, and generate revenue through in-depth MFZ product knowledge.
- Provide regular reports on completed renewals, actively coordinate with various teams to meet client requirements, and ensure excellent sales and customer service.
- Offer straightforward, transparent, and accurate information to clients, and prepare necessary reports as requested by the Line Manager.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager/team leader as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in company formation or business set-up.
- Competence in using CRM software.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills for effective client interactions.
- Customer oriented and excellent problem-solving aptitude.
- English.
- Any other language is desirable.
