- Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar.
- Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift.
- Maintain inventory of glassware, silverware, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools.
- Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Ensure all set ups and re-set ups are done in a timely manner.
- Previous experience as a Barman/Barback.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
