Join our client’s team as a Salesforce Test Manager in this 12-18 month fixed term hire, where you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality in software development. This role requires an individual who is passionate about testing and has the expertise to lead a range of projects within a collaborative and innovative environment. As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring appropriate test schedules and project milestones are established and adhered to. Tracking progress of testing, addressing any deviations from planned targets, and communicating test results, progress updates, and potential risks and issues. Providing strategic direction and mentoring for team members , fostering skill development and a high-performance culture. Enhancing the overall testing process by collaborating with business and IT team members, ensuring successful software deployment and user satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the test workflow, implementing best practices and standards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Supporting the design and implementation of Test and Test Automation, working towards the adoption of best practices and modern technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive experience in leading software testing efforts. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise with various stakeholders and contribute to enhancing the overall testing process. In addition, you will present with: 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience. 5+ years in the Test Management space. Strong experience with Agile, as they operate 100% SAFe Agile. 3+ years Integration Testing experience. Experience with Web Testing. Atlassian JIRA experience.
