Learn more at We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead our ANZ sales team. In this role, you will drive business growth, develop high-performing account executives, establish Omnissa as a thought leader, and collaborate across teams to exceed revenue targets. Key Competencies for Success Strategic Sales Leadership – Proven ability to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and execute a data-driven , repeatable sales model . Forecasting & Predictability – Enable accurate forecasting by analyzing current performance to anticipate future growth . Partner-Led Growth & Corporate Business Development – Demonstrated ability to scale corporate sales via Corporate Account Executive and Channel Partners. Established relationships with relevant partners in ANZ is a pre-requisite to drive joint success. Change Leadership – Challenge the status quo, continuously improving sales strategies and processes for long-term success. Performance Expectations: Your First 12 Months First 30-60 Days Assess the team’s strengths and opportunities for development. Optimize the 1 H FY26 sales acceleration plan based on market insights. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and partners, including Channel, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success . Identify and engage with key customer accounts to understand their goals. Develop a framework for predictable pipeline growth and ARR expansion . Implement performance tracking to measure pipeline build, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Gain expertise in deal management, pricing, and internal sales processes . Next 90 Days Establish a team culture centered on execution, customer focus, and inclusivity. Present a refined sales strategy and growth plan based on customer feedback and market trends. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to elevate sales effectiveness. Initiate targeted marketing campaigns and GTM strategies to boost brand awareness and pipeline. Beyond 90 Days Continue optimizing team performance through strategic hiring and development . Strengthen account planning, value selling, and closing strategies . Represent Omnissa as a thought leader through industry events, speaking engagements, and social media. Expand market share, refine GTM execution, and build a data-driven growth plan for the next fiscal year . Deliver a comprehensive business review outlining achievements, challenges, and next steps. Your Role: What You’ll Do Daily Own the ANZ revenue number – drive new, expansion, and renewal bookings to exceed targets. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering growth and accountability. Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Scale corporate business through Corporate Account Executive and Channel Partners , leveraging existing industry relationships. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to drive retention and expansion. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent , creating a high-performing and engaged team. Enable a data-driven sales approach through continuous forecasting, pipeline tracking, and deal execution. Collaborate with Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Channel teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement. Stay ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies. Report on progress, performance, and key insights during Quarterly Business Reviews. What experience will you bring to Omnissa? 10 years+ of experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the Saa S/tech industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in this regional northeast market. Excellent analytical, forecasting, and strategic thinking skills; with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics to drive decision-making.
