Responsibilities: As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and success of our products. Your strategic vision and leadership will guide the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to engage and gain buy-in from stakeholders, coupled with your technical acumen, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality products that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Product Management: Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy and drive successful execution.
- Roadmap Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with company objectives. Incorporate market feedback, user insights, and technical capabilities to deliver a compelling product vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives. Engage closely with customers, executives, sales teams, and partners to gather feedback and insights that shape the product direction.
- Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Ensure that roadmap items are well-defined, scoped appropriately, and delivered on time.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities. Use these insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Release Management: Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases. Ensure that products are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch. Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.
- Product Management Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in driving successful cloud security or bot security product development from concept to launch. Proficiency in product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Sound technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams, assess feasibility, and make informed decisions. Understanding of bot detection and mitigation technology stack with exposure to machine learning technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and devise creative solutions.
- Project Management: Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc. is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience.
- Familiarity with Cloud Security, BOT Management, Account Fraud, and Consumer Identity domain.
- Familiarity with upcoming technologies like PassKey.
- Passionate about combating online threats and enhancing digital user experiences.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
