Sales Manager for HORECA Industry

  1. Find out new customers who are Namkeen manufacturers, Fryer Manufacturers, Oil Filtration Machine Manufacturers, Waste Cooking Oil Collectors, Bio-diesel Manufacturers, Soap Industry, Cosmetics etc who filter Hot Cooking Oil
2. Coordinate with the Business Head in Kundli and take a visit plan from him. Visits of 8-12 days a month will be there, out of these 4 days visits out of Delhi-NCR. 3. Visit factories in Delhi-NCR and India to conduct trial of Oddy HCO Filters as per route/visit plan and take orders from them 4. Filling daily morning and evening reporting formats and reporting to the management 5. Customer Re-order for Oddy HCO-Filters & Relation -keeping in touch with existing customers by whatsapp and calls. 6. Introduce new HoReCa products to existing customers and to new customers. By showing product details physically and on whatsapp & sending physical samples by courier. 7. Follow up customers for fulfilling sales targets (calling for orders). 8. Ensuring all payments from your area are on time. Make required follow-ups on phone, whatsapp,Email. 9. Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully 10. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence 11. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs 12. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team 13. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Skills Required: 1. Good handwriting in English & Hindi. 2. Good knowledge in Excel, MS, Google sheets. 3. Strong business sense & industry expertise. 4. Able to talk to customers. 5. willing to visit customers Delhi & Outside, Outside visit maximum 4-6 days in a month only as per need. KRA 1. Sales Target Achievement 2.
