User Experience Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in producing high-quality visual content for our branding, marketing campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentations.
• Assist in the design and production of marketing materials for events, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Support the senior graphic designer and other team members with various design tasks and projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is desirable.
• Familiarity with brand development and social media content creation.
