- ServiceNow Scripting
- ServiceNow Portal Experience
- ServiceNow Custom App Development exp.
- Integration Exp
- Workflows and automation
- PA Experience
- Evaluate user stories and complete development in accordance with requirements and solution design
- Complete SIT and/or Unit Testing activities to validate capabilities against requirements and solution design
- Review defects and complete analysis and prioritization
- Complete defect remediation activities and coordinate with stakeholders for retesting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
- Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development and implementation.
