Sales Specialist/Consultant Location : Jaipur Department: Sales Exp.:1 to 5 yrs Overview This role be managing the domestic or international sales efforts of their company. They oversee all aspects of this process, from identifying potential markets and clients to developing strategies for selling products or services. Roles & Responsibilities • Cloud (Azure) Sales Roles focused on selling/closure • Flawless communication skills in English, both written and oral • Assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients • Responsible for b2b prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the larger business objective of the business unit • Assist in activation and running of various communications geo/industry/product campaigns using various mediums (including email, phone & events campaigns)• Strong business and commercial fundamentals • Self-learner and self-starter, as would be expected to pick up process, domain, and growth challenges • ·Persistently follows up with client in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations • First-principles thinking with an ability to see below the surface and answer the ‘why’• Basic understanding of Cloud Offerings, prospecting, and account management • Responsible for P2P & B2B prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the larger business objective of the business unit • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, and offerings, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects • Ability to effectively manage multiple daily tasks in a fast-paced environment • Execute outbound and inbound prospecting calls. Generates sustainable pipeline, works to close end-to-end cycle • Collaborate with teammates and sales leadership on strategic projects as needed • Working understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, sales enablement software systems (Lusha, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesflow, etc.)• Maintain monthly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly • Develop an understanding of key personas, stage of evolution, and process maturity in target accounts through research and discoveries • Maintain monthly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly Required Skills 1. Proficient in preparation of business plan, competitor profile & monitoring operations in regular intervals with focus on profitability 2. Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new markets & setting of new business with untapped market. 3. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to conceive profitable and efficient solutions utilizing technology. 4. Distinction of exploring new markets for business growth & streamlining sales & marketing operations. 5. Motivated, focused, high on energy and goal driven leader with strong work ethics, continuously striving for increase in level of performance coupled with excellent administrative aptitude with an eye for detail and the commitment to offer quality work. 6. The drive and energy to handle multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. 7. Enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about sales and the tech industry 8. Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships 9. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process 10.
