Job Description: We are looking for a full-time Senior System Administrator who will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT footprint in our India office, with a focus on user management, VDI instances, and resolving issues related to accounting software such as CCH Axcess, ProSystem FX, and CCH Practice Management. This role will also involve addressing general Microsoft-related issues, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. System Administration:

• Manage and maintain user accounts, ensuring proper access controls and security protocols with oversight from the US based IT team.
• Oversee and manage VDI instances, ensuring performance, security, and user satisfaction with our third-party provider in Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCH Axcess, ProSystem FX, CCH Practice Management, and other accounting software.
• Handle day-to-day management of Microsoft-related systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across all IT infrastructure components.

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the US based IT support team to address and resolve escalated issues.
• Implement solutions to mitigate recurring issues and improve overall system stability.

• Ensure all systems adhere to established security protocols and compliance standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures.

• Participate in IT projects, including software upgrades, system migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions for US based management.

• Work closely with the IT team in Mumbai to ensure consistent IT service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.

• 3-6 years of related work experience in IT Support.
• BCA / MCA
• Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks.

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, with a strong focus on user management, VDI, and accounting software support.
• In-depth knowledge of CCH Axcess, ProSystem FX, CCH Practice Management, and general Microsoft technologies a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with IT security practices and compliance standards.
• Experience working in a global or multi-location organization.
