To work with Quality Manager on the following:
- Client request and its requirements
- Providing secondary feedback (3 step checking)
- Adhere to the company's quality parameters and standards
- Listen to calls and create audit reports
- Bachelor's Degree holder (any business-related or IT course)
- Proficiency in various MS Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc)
- Knowledge in using tools like wavepad, cool edit and the like is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. This is an onsite assignment.
