We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack/MERN Developer to join our dynamic team and help build scalable web applications. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB expertise. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance applications, working closely with the project manager, designers, frontend, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Build and optimize frontend interfaces using React and Next.js with frontend developers.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js .
- Work with MongoDB to design efficient database structures and queries.
- Ensure responsiveness, security, and performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and functional applications.
- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB .
- Experience with TypeScript (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in writing RESTful APIs and handling third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
- Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
