Our team is hiring for: RECRUITER Rate or Salary range per hour: $3 Work Remotely?: Yes Work Hours and Schedule: Full time Work Duration: Depends on your performance, preferably long term Must be residing within the Philippines?: Yes Must have a backup device (Desktop/Laptop)?: Yes JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Coordinate hiring activities to HR/Recruitment Department
2. Respond to emails related to recruitment
3. Prepare and post job ads online
4. Resume screening and Initial Interview
5. Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
6. Process background checks for candidates
7. Maintain candidate database
8. Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents)
9. Handle records and paperwork
10. Other related tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field
2. At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role
3. Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes
4. Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry (not required)
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
6. Can work independently, as well as part of a team
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand of recruitment requests
