The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end finance and accounts operations, with expertise in compliance management for a listed entity. Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive management of Accounts & Finance operations.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for a listed entity .
- Expertise in fund flow and cash flow management to optimize financial performance.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Leading financial audits and driving process improvements.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in the Electronic Waste Management or Manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements for listed companies.
- Strong expertise in fund flow, cash flow, and strategic financial planning.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving financial efficiency.
