About the Role You will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the clinical practice setting and standards of care for a designated specialty or a specialized section. You will work closely with the Assisting Director of Nursing and Clinical Heads to develop and implement new policies and guidelines for specific and relevant specialties within the Centre. You will also serve as a clinical resource person for healthcare professionals and patients in the assessment and management of patients with complex problems. Job Requirements A recognized Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or its equivalent. At least 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital as a Registered Nurse. Possession of an Advanced Diploma in Oncology Nursing is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
