Our client is a leading construction company, specializing in marine engineering and land reclamation projects. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee BIM modelers to create shop drawings. Manage schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status. Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify conflicts with other trades. Work closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to identify the Architectural construction details and M&E services. Requirements: Degree in Architectural or equivalent. At least 4 years of building projects experience in Hospital/Medical Facilities. Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment.
