Job Responsibilities: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders by providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Ensure the efficient and professional implementation of HR strategies, programs, and services by collaborating with functional centers and shared service teams. Advise managers on addressing various employee matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions, in a fair, transparent, and objective manner. Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and concerns. Facilitate and support performance evaluations and engagement surveys in partnership with business leaders. Oversee the execution of processes in alignment with established policies, ensuring all necessary approvals and inputs are obtained. Evaluate issues by considering diverse perspectives from all relevant stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of information, outcomes, and workflows, ensuring secure storage in compliance with policies and regulations. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR functions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage individuals across various levels. Healthcare experience will be preferred.
