Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and versatile Junior UI/UX Designer to support the design of both our digital products and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects. Key Responsibilities: 1) Product Design:
- Assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Ensure designs are consistent with our product’s design system and guidelines.
- Design digital marketing materials, including email templates, social media graphics, landing pages, and other promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the brand’s identity and marketing strategies.
- Support the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns that effectively engage and convert audiences.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to continually improve the design process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
- Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Experience in designing for Dashboards & Websites.
- Familiarity with design systems and UI kits. (not mandatory)
- Experience in motion design or animations.
