We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead and manage all people-related functions across India operations for our client, a software product company for their Noida office . This strategic leadership role will be instrumental in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with global and regional employment laws. As a key member of the HR leadership team, the HR Director will oversee talent acquisition , employee relations , compliance , performance management , and global HR operations while integrating best practices from international markets, including the US. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals while integrating global HR policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Partner with global HR leadership to ensure consistent and scalable HR processes.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring a robust pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Implement structured selection processes, leveraging competency-based hiring and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws and global HR compliance standards.
- Develop policies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with market standards.
- Collaborate with global teams to harmonize compensation structures and support total rewards initiatives.
- Monitor salary benchmarks to maintain competitive pay structures.
- Lead performance management processes to drive accountability and professional growth.
- Design and implement learning & development programs tailored to the Indian workforce.
- Provide coaching and leadership development support to managers.
- Work closely with international HR teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across geographies.
- Contribute to global mobility, remote work policies, and international HR initiatives.
- Support HRIS integration (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) across regions.
- 15+ years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role working with a Global Software Product Company
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning at a regional or global level.
- Experience managing global HR operations , particularly in US and India HR practices .
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance frameworks .
- Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with leadership on HR strategy.
- Proficiency in HR technology and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll software).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate change and scale HR practices in a growing organization.
