Cluster Head

We seek a Cluster Head – Wealth Management to lead a team of wealth managers in acquiring and managing HNI. Clients across multiple asset classes, including Debt, Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products, and Broking. The role focuses on team building, client advisory, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: ● HNI Client Management: Acquire and advise clients on investment strategies, risk assessment, and portfolio management. ● Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of 4+ Wealth Managers in 6 months, mentor RMs, and drive performance. ● Business Development: Identify and execute new client acquisition & revenue opportunities. ● Revenue Growth: Achieve self-revenue target of 2X and drive team targets. ● Sales Process & Tracking: Ensure sales discipline, target achievement, and process efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 8-15 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or HNI Advisory. ● Expertise in HNI portfolio management across multiple asset classes. ● Strong leadership, sales, and business development skills. ● Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
