Marketing Lead - Doha - Hilton Columbus Downtown

Hilton Columbus Downtown Doha We are seeking a Marketing Lead to join our team at Hilton Columbus Downtown. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the hotel, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Team Management: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with hospitality industry and its marketing challenges.
