Marketing Lead - Doha - Hilton Columbus Downtown

Hilton Columbus Downtown Doha We are seeking a Marketing Lead to join our team at Hilton Columbus Downtown. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the hotel, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, revenue management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry and its marketing challenges.
